I am and I know Mr Fiore is as well.
Mark is going for a sub 3:00 so good luck with that.

So who else is doing it or the Relay Half Marathon run?

Online Entries close 4:30 PM Friday 23 July 2010 so you can still enter.

Mission accomplished. 2:57.

Will be back doing more cycling now. You should see more of me on those Saturday cycles. Hopefully the weather will improve as well.

Very modist post Mr Flower.
He came first in age group got lots of prizes for that and 2:57 on quite a hard course is impressive.

The less I say about my run the better if you really want to read about it have a read of my race report, very sad.

Mr Flower - WON your AG! :o Bloody well done!! :D HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!!!

And Brick: commiserations on your bad luck. At the risk of being presumptuous, I can only repeat that your recurring digestion/nutrition problems are a real worry, and that i fear there is some underlying isssue that you need to get to the bottom of. :( Good luck with it (and if I don't see you on a bush run soon, hope to bump into ya at the "dog park" :) ).

I echo John's words Mark, what a superb result 2:57 and 1st in age group.

Well done - you must be chuffed
